Immersive Music Project founder Jesse Lewis is an experience designer and a four-time Grammy Award winning music producer and recording engineer. He grew up in Seattle, WA playing trumpet and cello. Today, Jesse produces some of the most adventurous recordings in the world, from groundbreaking classical music to specialized projects between genres and disciplines. He has collaborated with A Far Cry, Brooklyn Rider, Ethel, Jan Vogler, the Los Angeles Philharmonic with Gustavo Dudamel, Roomful of Teeth, and the Silk Road Ensemble with Yo-Yo Ma, among others.
He seeks to capture a life and tactility in the sound, and a presence that’s more than skin deep. Every project he does has the uniqueness of something that only happens once.
Jesse continues to play baroque and grunge cello in the city of Boston.
